What is observed.
Applications and data categories are selected before starting: steps, interactions and authorised context. Installing Matier does not start capture. You can pause or stop it from your tools.
What stays out of scope.
Excluded applications and unauthorised data remain out of scope. Exclusions are presented before observation and must be checked for each deployment.
Who can access the data.
Your workspace manager and authorised analysts can view collected data. It is not anonymous by default. Recipients and retention periods are specified for your project.
When AI is involved.
Analysis may send authorised events and their context to an AI provider identified before activation. An agent’s actions and approvals are defined before it goes live.
This website does not observe your work.
Browsing this website does not trigger capture in your applications. The form is only used to contact you. Read the website privacy notice.
Before a pilot.
The planned architecture separates the application, case database and files. Before using real data, we agree with your company on hosting, access, retention and service providers.
